Meet Natasha

Hi, my name is Natasha , I am an Oxygen Advantage breathwork instructor, artist, and energy healer based in Bantry, West Cork. From a young age I have always had the desire to help others. Nature, energy, magic and the Universe have always fascinated me. I knew there was more to life than what meets the eye.

Since childhood I’ve had a strong connection to nature and spirituality. While I enjoyed connecting to nature, my connection to spirituality lay dormant. It was never truly explored until recently. My background is in Art and Education, with over 15 years experience teaching in schools, communities and healthcare settings. In between my job I began to explore my spiritual curiosities which began with Reiki, meditation and breathwork. 

Having suffered from anxiety and panic attacks from a young age, I became very aware of the breath. It was a vital part in loosing control but also in regaining control. What I now understand as the autonomic nervous system and activation of both parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, through controlled use of the breath, to heal the mind and body. With a desire to share the true power of the breath with others, I trained to become a certified breathwork coach.

My spiritual interests also led me to train in Rahanni Celestial healing, Quantum Metaphysical healing and Shamanism, which has truly changed my life. In 2022 I took the bold step to leave my job as an art teacher to set up my own business ‘The Journey Within Healing’.

Through my work I aim to help people on their journey, to peel back the layers and come to a place of true inner peace and knowing within. It is through knowing ourselves that we can be at peace, living a life of light and joy. Aho.
